Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through the store contact channels with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for items that are used, damaged by misuse, missing original accessories or packaging, or returned outside the stated return window. Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable unless required by law.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
